Viviana-Maria Țaga Radu

Viviana-Maria Țaga Radu began her piano studies at the age of six at the Octav Băncila National College of Art in Iași, Romania

Viviana is currently in her fourth year as an undergraduate at the Royal College of Music under the tutelage of Professor Edna Stern.

Viviana has taken part in more than fifty national and international piano competitions, as well as numerous chamber music festivals and concerts. From 2020 to 2022, she was a member of the youth orchestra in her hometown, performing a wide range of repertoire.

Viviana’s passion for understanding music in depth was encouraged from an early age, leading her to participate in several music symposiums where she wrote and presented her own articles.  Viviana has also developed an increasingly strong interest in the world of art song, collaborating with a growing number of singers.

Most recently, Viviana was awarded the Pianist Prize in the 2025 Brooks Van Der Pump English Song Competition.
