Peng Tian
Chinese tenor Peng Tian is currently studying for an Artist Diploma in Opera at the Royal College of Music International Opera Studio, under the tutelage of Nick Sear.

As part of the Opera Studio Peng most recently appeared as Gonzalve (L’Heure Espagnole), Don Basillio (Le nozze di Figaro). He is a Sheila Saam Memorial Scholar supported by the Tiong Kiu King Scholarship and the Mason Award.
Peng’s highlights for the 2023-24 performance season include playing the title role in Gazzaniga’s Don Giovanni at the Britten Theatre and Cascada in The Merry Widow. In concert, he participated in the Concert of Laureates of the Tarrazi Foundation.
During the 2022-23 season, Peng made his debut at the Grans Opera Festival in the role of Tamino in The Magic Flute. He participated in the masterclass produced by the Paris Opera Competition at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées with Karine Deshayes and David Zobel. In concert, he performed as a tenor soloist with the Bourges Symphony Orchestra in Saint-Saëns’s Oratorio de Noël.
